Don’t forget to look up. Or you might miss the balloons of your life.
The not so nice side-story:
Some days ago I needed to finish an errand and ended up visiting the Taipei City Government.
A tired old lady, dressed as a poor worker, had found a seat on the floor in the corner in one of the many hallways. A female guard showed her out.
A moment later the same guard approached me and helped me to find the photo-machine I was looking for.
I was treated with a smile and great politeness. The old tired grandma was showed out.
The young foreigner was treated nicely. The old citizen, finding refuge in the center who are supposed to serve the people of the city, was showed out.
It was raining outside. I wonder where she went.
This is an unfair world.
