In some places in Hsingchu you can find markets. What might just look like a door leading you away from the bright street can be the start of a long labyrinth of stalls and shops. Once you turned around some corners it is impossible to keep track of directions. Instead you will soon navigate after the smell of food or piles of goods you recognize from before.
The market is like a miniature ecosystem in itself, a city in the city. They give me the feeling that you could live your entire life in here without ever going out.
I actually spent about three hours in here : watching, taking photos, having lunch, taking, getting my nails taken care of.
I wonder how many suits this man created during his lifetime.
The place to go for buying textiles.
A beauty store.
